It is vitally important that you complete the Location Information for the concern. Otherwise, your service request may not be processed properly through this system to the appropriate city staff.
Please include your e-mail address to receive a confirmation that your request has been received. The e-mail will also provide a link to obtain the status of a request you created on-line or you may call 3-1-1, the City's non-emergency number, to check the status of your request. If you have any difficulty entering a service request, please contact us by dialing 3-1-1, and a 311 Service Agent will be glad to assist you. If you live outside the city of Dallas or if you are calling from a wireless telephone, please call 214-670-5111.
